My first contact with Dr. Narinder Kapur, neuropsychologist extraordinaire from Cambridge, was a gift he sent to the Eye Foundation of America (EFA) when he learned about EFA in UK press. Later, we met in London when I went to register EFA in UK. When I learned about this extraordinary little book, I decided to publish it through our non-profit foundation. In this tiny book of 67 pages, he covered three domains- namely, rules for all seasons, rules for well-being, and rules about people. Did he leave anything out that one needs to know about life?
